We have a NO RETURN POLICY, which means ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED, REPLACED, EXCHANGED OR REFUNDED.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately (within 4 hours of being delivered) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Uribe Honey Bees is not responsible for queen survival in your hive, or for the condition or productivity of your hive after introduction. All queens are sold in California Mini Cages with the candy tube inserted into the cage, and without attendants inside of the individual cages.
